Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Intelligence Bureau IB Security Assistant/Executive & Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment 2023 Notification. Any candidate who is interested in this IB SA/Exe & MTS Recruitment 2023 can apply online from 28 January 2023 to 17 February 2023. For IB New Vacancy details, pay scale, age limit, selection prcedure, job information and all other information, read the advertisement and then apply. The interested as well as the eligible candidates can start filling out the application form beginning from the 28th of January 2023. The last date to submit the application form is the 17th of February, 2023. However, the candidate should note that the applications will be accepted via online mode only. The pay scale of SA-selected candidates will be Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100. For the MTS-selected candidates, they will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900. Selected candidates will be entitled to a special security allowance of 20% of their basic pay in addition to the other allowances.

Educational Qualification:

The candidates are required to have passed the matriculation exam from any authorized education board.

Age Criteria:

The candidate should not be more than 27 years of age and not less than 18 years on the closing date of the application form. The age relaxation for the candidates is as per the rules laid down by the government of India. Moreover, the candidates seeking age relaxation in the upper age can check the official notification of IB.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be held in two stages. There will be 2 tiers of the examination.

  • Tier -I: The first stage of the exam will be an online exam MCQ based. The duration of the exam will be of 1 hour.
  • Tier-II: The second stage of the exam will be the offline and descriptive type for both the designation. There will be a spoken test, especially for the SA/Exe designation.
  • Tier-III: The last stage of the selection will be an interview or the personality test.

Scheme of Examintaion:

Tier-I (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/ Gen): Online Exam

1. General Awareness - 20 Questions - 20 Marks

2. Quantitative Aptitude - 20 Questions - 20 Marks

3. Numerical/Analytical/Logical ability & Reasoning - 20 Questions - 20 Marks

4. English Language - 20 Questions - 20 Marks

5. General Studies - 20 Questions - 20 Marks

Total Marks of Tier I is 100 and the time allowed is 60 minutes.

[Negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.]

Tier-II (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen): Offline Exam of Descriptive Paper

Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language/dialect to English and vice versa. 

Total Marks of Tier II is 40 and the time allowed is 60 minutes.
