The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has provided the details about the Post Wise Salary Structure of SSC CHSL 2022 in the official notification. According to the SSC CHSL posts, the basic salary of SSC CHSL 2022 varies from INR 17,000 – 18,000, which is set as per the provisions of the 7th pay commission. SSC CHSL Allowances and Perks

HRA: The 7th Pay Commission has finalized the rate of HRA that varies on the classification of cities (X, Y and Z) proposed by the government.

TA: The employees for group X cities will be provided with Rs 3600 transport allowances while for group Y and Z both will be given an Rs 1800 travelling allowance for travelling to cities.

Medical Allowance: The reimbursement of all medical expenses of the treatment to the government employee of SSC CHSL or their family will be borne by the government.

Special Security Allowance: In case the candidate is working for some special organization, such as CBI, IB, or any Security agency he will be provided with an extra 20% of Basic Pay as Special Security Allowance (SSA) in their gross pay.

Pension: This is the most attractive benefit of any government job because even after your retirement in your old age you will be provided with a handsome amount every month for your expenses and a part of this will be deducted from your salary every month.
- Dearness Allowance : The Dearness Allowance is a cost of living adjustment allowance and is currently 31% Of Basic Pay under the 7th Pay Commission. The DA has been increased by the union cabinet to 31% in 2021.
- LTC (Leave Travel Concession) : The leave travel concession is the allowance that the Central Government employees receive for travel to their hometown or other parts of the country.
